To support this mission, Facebook created Blueprint, a global eLearning program designed to teach users how to get the most out of Facebook’s marketing platforms.

Facebook recognized two main challenges:

• The digital marketing industry evolves rapidly and is highly competitive, requiring constant education for advertisers and marketers.
• Engaging external learners effectively would require both exceptional content and learning software that delivers a superior user experience.

Additionally, Facebook needed a global, scalable learning solution capable of managing millions of users and supporting localization and multilingual delivery.

Facebook partnered with Intellum to build upon an existing successful internal learning partnership to create Blueprint, its external learning environment. Together, they:

• Developed an engaging, scalable solution that combined Facebook’s expertise in social media and human behavior with Intellum’s 17 years of learning delivery experience.
• Used Intellum’s flexible learning platform to manage more than two million external users.
• Leveraged localization features to segment learners by region and deliver Blueprint in 16 languages, customizing login experiences by geography.
• Ensured speed and adaptability, even resolving critical last-minute requirements before launch to stay on schedule.

Continuously expanded content, growing from 35 eLearning courses in English to over 90 courses in 13 languages.
