Oklahoma Real Estate Academy (OREA) provides pre-license, post-license, and continuing education courses for real estate professionals through classroom instruction and online learning. Its previous LMS was difficult to use and required outside freelancer support to create or modify courses. These problems caused 15–25 interruptions each month, consumed employee time, and limited the academy’s ability to expand its offerings. OREA needed to manage course development independently and deliver new or updated training quickly. After evaluating multiple vendors, OREA selected DigitalChalk for its ease of use, flexibility, and understanding of real estate education. The academy moved to a platform that gave its team direct control over course creation, delivery, and reporting. Ongoing support, a knowledgebase, and complimentary weekly customer training helped employees use the system confidently. OREA eliminated its reliance on outside freelancers and now saves 18–30 hours per month by removing the interruptions associated with its previous LMS. The team delivers more training products with greater flexibility, while employees experience less frustration and stronger job satisfaction. With control over its training operations, OREA has a more scalable foundation for continued growth.
Oklahoma Real Estate Academy needed to replace a cumbersome LMS that required freelancer support and caused frequent disruptions so its team could independently create, update, and deliver courses as the business grew.
