The International Air Transport Association (IATA) is the trade association for the world’s airlines, representing some 290 airlines or 83% of total air traffic. They support many areas of aviation activity and help formulate industry policy on critical aviation issues.​ IATA needed help with their noble mission: “To represent, lead and serve the airline industry”. With the Growth Engineering as their wingman, they created a high-flying training initiative that sent engagement levels into the stratosphere.
