Prior to Thought Industries, Barry was the Vice President of Technology and Product Development at America’s Test Kitchen. In this role, he created, executed and maintained the digital product strategy and served on the senior management team.
Andrea Seal, Digital Strategist for Product Enablement, Forcepoint, believes training and delivery should be focused on the 21st century digital learner’s needs and expectations. She led the strategy at Forcepoint to move from in-person and virtual training to blended experiences and in-product enablement. By focusing on “single source of truth” building units, she was able to drive minimally viable training products and multiple reuse content. She holds a master’s degree in education with a focus on Instructional Technology, is a designated Master E-learning Instructional Designer and earned her CPTD in 2020.
