ECS Group of Companies is a leader in geotechnical, construction materials, environmental, and facilities engineering, with over 100 offices and nearly 3,000 employees across the U.S. Their challenge was delivering consistent, compliant employee training at scale. Training was previously delivered in person, which was costly, inconsistent, and tracked manually with paper sign-in sheets.

ECS implemented ClearCompany Learning (LMS) to modernize and centralize training. The LMS enabled remote, on-demand training accessible from any device, automatic course assignments based on role or office, and custom certifications to meet regulatory requirements.
