LMS Vendors: Enter the Talented Learning Awards 2025 - Get started now with these instructions

Is Your Learning System Award-Worthy?

Each year, vendors from across the learning tech landscape enter the Talented Learning Awards. That’s because we recognize outstanding learning solutions designed for customer education, partner training, association education, commercial training, corporate learning, or any combination of enterprise audiences.

Participation is free and open to qualified learning technology vendors. To be considered for this year’s awards, submit our Annual Vendor Capabilities Survey by September 15, 2026.

Why Enter the Talented Learning Awards?

In a market of 1,000+ learning systems, standing out matters. Since 2014, we’ve recognized the best in extended enterprise learning and helped winners build brand credibility, visibility, and attract sales leads. If you’re among this year’s winners, we will:

  • Feature your solution in our awards announcement, along with a link to your site.
  • Send you a 2026 award winner badge for use in marketing and promotions.
  • Highlight your brand on our blog, newsletter, and social media channels (reach = 100,000+).
  • Include you in relevant articles, reports, and buyers’ guides throughout the coming year.

Who Should Enter the Talented Learning Awards?

We welcome entries from vendors serving customer education, partner training, association education, commercial training, and corporate learning organizations. Eligible solutions include:

  • Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Learning Experience Platforms (LXP)
  • Customer Education Platforms
  • Training Management Systems (TMS)
  • AI Learning Solutions
  • Learning Operations Platforms
  • Content Creation & Authoring Platforms
  • Credentialing & Certification Platforms
  • Digital Adoption Platforms
  • Learning Analytics Solutions
  • Other learning technologies

How to Enter the Talented Learning Awards

Participation is free, easy, and open to all who serve the extended enterprise market. To be considered, follow these 4 steps:

  1. Complete and submit our 2026 Talented Learning Vendor Capabilities Survey by September 15, 2026.
  2. If you have not briefed our Lead Analyst, John Leh, within the last year (or ever), present your solution to him in an online session. (When you submit your survey, we’ll ask you to schedule a session on John’s web calendar.)
  3. Subscribe to our weekly newsletter for ongoing updates on the awards process.
  4. Look for our blog article announcing this year’s winners on September 30th.

NOTE: Your answers do more than nominate you for our awards. It also helps keep your solution current for listings in our Learning Systems Directory, eligible for one of our video Hot Take Reviews by John Leh, inclusion on our annual RightFit Grid Shortlisting Map, and available for other buyer resources and services we offer throughout the year.

How We Select Award Winners

The Talented Learning Awards reflect far more than a single survey or product demonstration.

Throughout the year, we engage with learning technology buyers, practitioners and vendors across our independent research, advisory, and educational ecosystem. We’re on the front lines of the learning technology market, helping organizations evaluate, select, implement, optimize, renew, and replace learning systems while continually observing how solutions perform in the field.

The Annual Vendor Capabilities Survey ensures your solution is considered and we have the most current information about your platform. Award decisions are based on this information, combined with our ongoing market research, analyst briefings, buyer consulting engagements, and real-world observations throughout the learning systems lifecycle.

Award recognition cannot be purchased, and vendor memberships, sponsorships or other commercial relationships do not influence our selections. This ensures fair results for all.
