Ninja Tropic is a custom eLearning development studio built for associations, medical societies, credentialing bodies, healthcare organizations, and nonprofits. Since 2016 we have helped these organizations design, produce, and modernize the education they sell, certify, and deliver: continuing education and certification programs, clinical and compliance training, patient education, and member learning that generates non-dues revenue and keeps people engaged between renewals.
We are not an LMS vendor. We are technology-agnostic and work inside the platforms our clients already own, delivering SCORM and xAPI content and supporting implementation on systems like Moodle, LearnWorlds, and others. Many LMS providers refer clients to us for the content side of a launch, and we regularly co-present with platform partners.
Our services include instructional design and learning strategy, Articulate Storyline and Rise development, microlearning, video and animation, gamification, course modernization and conversion, and certification and continuing education program development. We also offer a staff augmentation plan: a dedicated, AI-proficient instructional designer, LMS administrator, or media specialist embedded in your team and tools, available full time or part time, with a free proof-of-concept deliverable before onboarding.
Our flagship methodology is Microlearning Product Architecture. Instead of building one monolithic course, we design content as reusable component assets that serve three purposes at once: a full course, a sellable product line, and a stream of member engagement touchpoints. Build once, use three ways. For associations, the same investment produces non-dues revenue and engagement rather than forcing a choice between them.

Clients have included Johns Hopkins, Pfizer, and the San Diego Zoo.
