Paul Morton Regional Director CrossKnowledgePaul Morton is the Regional Director of Europe and Americas at CrossKnowledge, which has been part of the Wiley Group since 2014. He has been immersed in learning strategies and technologies for 21 years. After starting his career as a stand-up trainer, Paul moved into coding and developed an early LMS. He has also authored elearning content and has managed multiple learning technology teams. That background, combined with a degree in Scandinavian studies from the University of Edinburgh, has led to many interesting conversations about global leadership, change, learning and discovery with business leaders in all industries.
